Refund Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Every recharge is refundable within 14 days of its purchase while its fuel is still unused. The refund is issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method.
1. The 14-day per-recharge window
Every recharge starts its own 14-day refund window, counted from the moment the purchase completes. You can refund the part of a recharge that is still on your account balance: fuel the AI has already consumed counts as used and cannot be refunded. Fuel poured into the shared tank but returned unused at the end of the day goes back to your balance and stays refundable. A recharge becomes final and non-refundable once its 14-day window has passed, even if it was never used. Example: you add $500 to your account. 14 days pass. You then add another $5. From that point only the $5 is still inside its window, and only its unspent part can be refunded; the earlier $500 is already final. If you have used up the whole $5, there is nothing left to refund.
2. How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] within the 14-day window of the recharge you want back, and include the receipt or the email address you used at checkout so we can find the purchase. You do not have to explain why; the window is enough.
3. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Once we confirm the request, Paddle typically completes the transfer within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Any tax and invoice corrections are handled by Paddle as part of the refund.
4. When a refund can be declined
A refund can be declined if the recharge's 14-day window has already passed, if the recharged fuel has already been consumed, or in cases of abuse or fraud (for example chargeback abuse, exploiting the fuel logic, or violating the Terms of Service). When a refund is granted, the corresponding balance is removed from your account.
5. Statutory rights
This policy is our voluntary commitment on top of your statutory rights. Where mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights (for example for defective services), those rights apply in full.
