This policy explains what data Slop Mission processes, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short and honest.
1. Data controller
The data controller of the gameplay data described here is the operator of Slop Mission. You can reach us at [email protected] with any data protection question. Your account identity is owned by QrateHub: signing in is proxied through the QrateHub platform, which stores your credentials and account data under its own privacy policy.
2. What we process
Gameplay data: your username, game moves, AI decisions, and the chat messages you send while using the service. Wallet data: for each recharge we store the Paddle transaction id, the amount, and the account it belongs to, so recharges and refunds can be matched. Technical data: standard server logs (request time, status) needed to run and secure the service. We never receive or store your card details; payments are handled entirely by Paddle.
3. Payments and Paddle
Paddle acts as merchant of record: it processes the payment, applies taxes, and issues the invoice under its own privacy policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy). From Paddle we only receive the data described in section 2: transaction id, amount, and status.
4. How long we keep data
Gameplay and chat data is kept while the service runs, so game history and the AI log stay available. Wallet and recharge records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. You can ask us to remove your username and chat content at any time.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] and we will help. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
6. Cookies
The service uses essential cookies only: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a language cookie that remembers your language.
7. Changes to this policy
If the data processing changes, this policy will be updated and the new version will be published here with a new "last updated" date.
